If your evaluation account is breached — meaning your balance falls below the end-of-day drawdown floor — you have the option to reset your account rather than purchasing a new one from scratch. A reset restores your account balance to its starting level at a reduced cost.
What a Reset Does and Does Not Do
A reset does:
Restore your account balance to the original starting amount
Allow you to resume trading under the same program and rules
A reset does not:
Change your program (Legacy, Limitless or Liquid)
Change your account size
Which Accounts Can Be Reset
Only Eval accounts lost because of the drawdown limit can be reset. These cannot be reset:
Accounts in the Express Phase
Accounts moved to Blocked status because of news trading or overnight positions
Accounts closed for inactivity
Older accounts that do not yet use the new naming (new accounts are named like VOL_EVAL011212)
How to Request a Reset
Resets are available through your dashboard at dashboard.soloclash.com. If you have any questions about whether a reset is the right choice for your situation, send us a message in the chat on our website or dashboard.
