Your Evaluation and Express accounts must record at least one filled trade every 14 days. The 14-day window starts when the account is activated and restarts with every executed trade. If the window passes with no trade, the account is closed at the end of the 14th day.
There is no other deadline on the evaluation: you can take as long as you need, as long as you keep trading at least once every 14 days.
Which trades count
Only trades placed on the account itself count. Trades on a SIM account do not count towards the inactivity window of your Evaluation or Express account.
If you hold several accounts, each one has its own 14-day window. A trade on one account does not keep another account active.
Example
You place your last trade on 1 October. Your account stays active until the end of 15 October. A trade on 10 October restarts the window, and the account then stays active until the end of 24 October.
What this means for you
Before taking a break, check the date of your last trade on each account in your dashboard at dashboard.soloclash.com.
Can I reset an account closed for inactivity?
No. Accounts closed for inactivity cannot be reset. Only Eval accounts lost because of the drawdown limit can be reset — see Account Resets for which accounts qualify.
I traded, but my account was still closed
First check that you traded on the Evaluation or Express account, not on the SIM account. If you are sure you traded on the right account, contact us via chat with the email address of your account, and we will check it for you.
