The Legacy Express Phase begins the moment you pass your evaluation. It remains active until your cumulative payout requests reach 10% of your initial account balance. The goal is not just to reach Live status — it is to trade profitably and withdraw as much as possible along the way.
Express Phase end threshold by account size:
Account | Express Ends After |
Starter — $25,000 | $2,500 in total payouts |
Lite — $50,000 | $5,000 in total payouts |
Pro — $100,000 | $10,000 in total payouts |
Max — $150,000 | $15,000 in total payouts |
Payout Eligibility
Each payout request in the Legacy Express Phase must meet the following condition:
Minimum of 5 trading days of $100 in profit completed since the last payout (or since Express began for the first request)
When the condition is satisfied, you may submit a payout request.
How Much You Can Withdraw
Per payout request, you may withdraw 50% of your available profits, subject to a maximum cap of 8% of your initial account balance.
Example: On a $50,000 account, the maximum single withdrawal is $4,000 (8% of $50,000). If you have $8,000 in profits, you are eligible to withdraw $4,000 — which is both 50% of your profits and exactly at the cap.
The remaining 50% of profits stays in your account and contributes to your drawdown buffer. This buffer affects how the EOD floor is calculated.
End-of-Day Max Drawdown — 4% (Trailing)
The 4% trailing EOD drawdown continues into the Express Phase across all Legacy account sizes. The floor rises as your balance grows, protecting the gains you have already made.
Once your account reaches 4% in profits above the initial balance, the drawdown floor locks at initial balance + $100 and no longer trails. From that point forward, it is a fixed hard floor.
For a full explanation, see [EOD Trailing Drawdown Explained].
News Trading — Restricted
News trading restrictions remain active throughout the Legacy Express Phase. You may not open, hold, or scale any position 2 minutes before, during, or 2 minutes after a designated high-impact event.
For the full list of restricted events, see [News Trading Restrictions].
No Consistency Rule
There is no consistency requirement in the Legacy Express Phase. You may earn as much as you like on any single trading day.
Profit Split
The 90/10 profit split does not apply during the Express Phase. Withdrawal terms are governed by the 50% / 8% cap structure described above.
The 90/10 split becomes active exclusively in the Live Phase.
Transitioning to Live
Once your total payouts across the Express Phase reach 10% of your initial account balance, you transition to the Legacy Live Phase automatically.
