The end-of-day (EOD) drawdown is the primary risk control mechanism on Solo Clash accounts. Understanding exactly how it works — and when it stops moving — is essential before you start trading.
What Is EOD Drawdown?
The EOD drawdown is a floor below which your account balance may not fall at any given time during trading days. It is evaluated at the end of each session based on your closing balance.
If your account falls below the floor on any given day, your account is failed or breached depending on your current phase.
When Does It Trail?
Trailing means the floor rises as your account grows. Every time your end-of-day balance reaches a new high, the floor moves up with it — preserving the gains you have made.
The trailing drawdown applies in the following scenarios:
Limitless Evaluation — the floor trails throughout
Legacy Evaluation — the floor trails throughout
Legacy Express — the floor trails throughout
Limitless Express — the floor trails throughout
When Does It Stop Trailing?
Once your account balance in the Express phase reaches a profit equal to the drawdown threshold above your initial balance, the floor locks permanently. From that point forward, it becomes a fixed hard floor set at:
Initial Account Balance + $100
It does not trail further. It does not move down. It remains as a permanent buffer for the rest of the Express and Live phases.
Example — $50,000 Limitless account (4% drawdown):
Initial balance: $50,000
Drawdown floor at start: $48,000 (4% below initial)
The floor trails upward as your balance grows
Once your balance reaches $52,100 (4% above initial), the floor locks at $50,100
From that point on, $50,100 is your permanent hard floor
