Account Resets

What a reset is, how much it costs, and the one critical rule — your remaining evaluation time does not reset with your account.

If your evaluation account is breached — meaning your balance falls below the end-of-day drawdown floor — you have the option to reset your account rather than purchasing a new one from scratch. A reset restores your account balance to its starting level at a reduced cost.

The 30-Day Clock Does Not Reset

This is the most important thing to understand about resets: resetting your account does not restart your 30-day evaluation window.

The remaining time from your original window carries over. If you breach your account on day 15 and reset the same day, you have 15 days remaining to complete the evaluation — not 30.

Example:

  • Account activated on June 1st → 30-day window expires June 30th

  • Account breached on June 15th → 15 days remain

  • Reset purchased on June 15th → evaluation must be completed by June 30th

Plan your reset decision accordingly. If there is insufficient time remaining to realistically complete the evaluation, a new account purchase may be the better option.

What a Reset Does and Does Not Do

A reset does:

  • Restore your account balance to the original starting amount

  • Allow you to resume trading under the same program and rules

A reset does not:

  • Restart the 30-day evaluation window

  • Change your program (Legacy or Limitless)

  • Change your account size

How to Request a Reset
