Legacy Live Rules

How the Legacy Live Phase works — profit split, payout schedule, minimum withdrawal, and what changes once you are trading with real capital.

Written by Roland

The Legacy Live Phase is where you trade with real capital. It begins once your total Express payouts reach 10% of your initial account balance, and it carries no expiry — your account remains live as long as you continue trading within the rules.

Profit Split — 90/10

In the Live Phase, you keep 90% of every dollar you earn. The 10% retained by Solo Clash is the firm's share. This split applies to all profits from the moment you go live.

Payouts

Payouts in the Live Phase are available daily. There is no minimum number of trading days required between requests.

Minimum payout amount: $250

You may request a withdrawal at any time your available profit balance meets or exceeds $250.

Drawdown Rules

Live Phase drawdown rules follow the same structure established during your Express Phase. For full details, see [EOD Trailing Drawdown Explained].

News Trading — Restricted

News trading restrictions remain in effect throughout the Legacy Live Phase. You may not open, hold, or scale any position 2 minutes before, during, or 2 minutes after a designated high-impact event.

For the full list of restricted events, see [News Trading Restrictions].

Contract Limits

Your contract limits remain the same as in the Express phases.

What Stays the Same

The core principles of the Legacy program carry through to the Live Phase: structured rules, news restrictions, and a consistent framework designed to protect both the trader and the firm.

The primary change is that you are now trading real capital and earning a 90% share of every profitable trade.
