The Liquid Express Phase begins the moment you pass your evaluation. It runs for exactly five successful payouts, after which you move to the Live Phase. The goal is not just to reach Live status — it is to trade profitably and withdraw as much as possible along the way.
Payout Eligibility
Each payout request in the Liquid Express Phase must meet the following conditions:
Minimum of 3 profitable trading days completed since the last payout, or since Express began for the first request
A day counts as a profitable trading day only if it closes with at least $300 in profit
Minimum payout request: $250
When all conditions are satisfied, you may submit a payout request.
How Much You Can Withdraw
Per payout request, you may withdraw 50% of your available profits, subject to a payout cap. The remaining 50% stays in your account and contributes to your drawdown buffer.
The cap starts at 4% of your initial account balance and increases by $500 after every successful payout.
Example: On a $50,000 account, the initial cap is $2,000 — 4% of $50,000. To withdraw the full $2,000 you need $4,000 in available profits, since you may take half. After your first successful payout the cap rises to $2,500, and so on.
Cap by payout number:
Payout | Starter — $25,000 | Lite — $50,000 | Pro — $100,000 | Max — $150,000 |
1st | $1000 | $2,000 | $4,000 | $6,000 |
2nd | $1,500 | $2,500 | $4,500 | $6,500 |
3rd | $2,000 | $3,000 | $5,000 | $7,000 |
4th | $2,500 | $3,500 | $5,500 | $7,500 |
5th | $3,000 | $4,000 | $6,000 | $8,000 |
Consistency Rule — 35%
When you request a payout, no single trading day may account for more than 35% of the total profit in that request.
Example: If your payout request covers $3,000 in profits, no single day within it may have contributed more than $1,050.
Because of this, every payout request will contain at least three profitable days — which is also the minimum the eligibility rule requires.
Note that this measures differently from the evaluation, where the 40% figure is a share of your profit target. In Express, the 35% is a share of the profits in your request.
End-of-Day Max Drawdown — Trailing
The trailing EOD drawdown continues into the Express Phase at the same percentages as your evaluation. The floor rises as your balance grows, protecting the gains you have already made.
Once your profits reach your account's maximum drawdown percentage, the floor locks at initial balance + $100 and no longer trails. From that point forward, it is a fixed hard floor. This works exactly as it does on Legacy and Limitless.
Account | Max Drawdown | Floor Locks At | Locked Floor |
Starter — $25,000 | 4% | $1,100 in profit | $25,100 |
Lite — $50,000 | 4% | $2,100 in profit | $50,100 |
Pro — $100,000 | 3% | $3,100 in profit | $100,100 |
Max — $150,000 | 2.6% | $4,000 in profit | $150,100 |
Once your floor is locked, withdrawing your full available profit leaves very little room. Your floor does not move down to accommodate a payout. If you withdraw down too close to your locked floor, a single losing day can end the account. Leave a working buffer above it.

Daily Drawdown — Hard Breach
The daily loss limit carries into the Express Phase at the same values as your evaluation, and is measured the same way — on intraday equity, including unrealised loss on open positions.
Account | Daily Loss Limit |
Starter — $25,000 | $500 |
Lite — $50,000 | $1,000 |
Pro — $100,000 | $1,500 |
Max — $150,000 | $2,000 |
Whichever limit you reach first ends the account. Close to your locked floor, the floor will bind before the daily loss limit does — the daily limit does not give you additional room below it. For a full explanation, see [Daily Drawdown Explained].
Contract Limits — Scaling Plan
The fixed evaluation limits no longer apply. From Express entry onward, your maximum E-Mini contract limit increases with your profits under the [Contract Scaling Plan].
One E-Mini is equivalent to 10 Micro contracts. Limits apply to your total open exposure across all positions at any moment.
Starter — $25,000 and Lite — $50,000
Profit Level | Max E-Mini | Equivalent in Micros |
Starting (Express entry) | 1 | 10 |
$1,000 in profit | 2 | 20 |
$2,000 in profit | 3 | 30 |
Pro — $100,000
Profit Level | Max E-Mini | Equivalent in Micros |
Starting (Express entry) | 2 | 20 |
$2,000 in profit | 4 | 40 |
$4,000 in profit | 6 | 60 |
Max — $150,000
Profit Level | Max E-Mini | Equivalent in Micros |
Starting (Express entry) | 3 | 30 |
$3,000 in profit | 6 | 60 |
$6,000 in profit | 9 | 90 |
Note the step down at Express entry. Your contract limit at the start of Express is lower than it was during your evaluation — on a $50,000 account, 1 E-Mini rather than 5. This is deliberate: size is earned back as the funded account performs. Exceeding your current limit is a rule violation in any phase.
News Trading — Allowed
There are no news trading restrictions in the Limitless Express Phase. You may open, hold, and scale positions freely during any scheduled news event.
Transitioning to Live
Once you have completed five successful payouts, the Express Phase ends and you transition to the Liquid Live Phase automatically.
