Congratulations on passing your Evaluation! Before your Express account is activated, you complete a short verification through our payment partner, Rise. This is required for every trader.
The steps
Register on Rise with the same email address you use at Solo Clash.
Wait for our KYC invitation. It is sent to you automatically by email once your Evaluation is marked as passed.
Complete KYC and sign the agreement. Upload your documents in Rise, sign the contract, and accept our invitation under Action items in your Rise account.
Receive your Express account once everything is accepted.
How long does it take?
For your first Express account it usually takes 1–2 days after you complete KYC. Later accounts have no KYC wait, because you are already verified.
Common issues
No invitation email? Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, your Evaluation has most likely not been marked as passed yet — check its status on dashboard.soloclash.com. If the dashboard shows it as passed and there is still no invitation, message us in the chat.
Documents or proof of address rejected? Contact Rise support directly. Document checks happen in Rise, and our team cannot see or change them. See Rise's document requirements.
Waiting longer than 2 working days? Contact us with your account email and the date you passed your evaluation.
Documents for payouts
When you request your first payout, you also complete the PSA agreement as part of the payout process.
