When you request a payout, your account is set to a paused status until the payout has been completed. While it is paused, you cannot trade on that account. Once the payout is completed, the account becomes active again and you can continue trading.

Most payouts are processed the same day they are requested, and 90% are completed within 24 hours. Every payout is reviewed individually, so we cannot promise an exact date for a specific request.

Your first payout is sent through Rise. Make sure you have registered on Rise, completed KYC and signed the contract. See Rise & KYC: What Happens After You Pass Your Evaluation.

If more than 2 working days have passed since your request, contact us via chat with the email address of your account, the date of your request and the amount. We will check the status with our payout team and reply in the same conversation.
